Neil Sandhu,

Dermatologist

Prior to working in Florida, Dr. Sandhu served as Chief Resident at UMDNJ New Jersey Medical School. His training puts him at the cutting-edge in cosmetic dermatology and skin cancer surgery. Dr. Sandhu is also trained in cosmetic procedures including BOTOX and filler injections, chemical peels, and photo rejuvenation. Dr. Sandhu attended the University of Wisconsin, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude before going on to attend the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine & Public Health, where he again graduated at the top of his class. Dr. Sandhu has authored multiple scientific articles, including one focusing on the use of laser procedures in dermatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society of Mohs Surgery.

Physician Assistant

Sonya is a Physician Assistant with over 10 years of clinical experience who graduated from the University of Florida. She has a deep background in Dermatology, Allergy & Immunology as well as Head and Neck Surgery. Throughout her career, Dermatology has remained her passion. She has treated hundreds of patients for various skin ailments including but not limited to: Skin Cancers, Rashes (Hives, Eczema, and Contact Dermatitis), allergic reactions, nail and hair problems, and has performed numerous medical and cosmetic procedures. Sonya has spent a great deal of time in the Operating Room, assisting in Head and Neck Surgeries, Mohs Surgeries, and other reconstructive procedures. She is very excited to be a part of DOCS Dermatology, and brings with her an extensive background and knowledge in Allergy & Immunology she is ready to assist patients with all of their skin-related concerns. She is an active member of the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (FSDPA), Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), and American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). She is very excited to be a part of DOCS Dermatology, and brings with her an extensive background and knowledge in Allergy & Immunology. She is ready to assist patients with all of their skin-related concerns.
